"Lack of Customer Support"
I placed an order, and after a week, I noticed my money had been refunded without any notice. There was no email or reason given for this. I reached out to them to find out what went down and if I could place my order again, but I never heard back.

"My order's MIA, and customer service is a ghost."
I reached out about my order. They told me it was still sitting in the warehouse after a week of waiting, with no reason given. I requested if they could ship it first class since they messed up and I needed it as a gift, and they said yes. I hung around for a dispatch confirmation, but no email showed up. I tried contacting them again, but they went silent. I waited even longer and then asked for the complaints process, but still no reply.

"Awesome shop!"
I got a DBZ Frieza statue from this place at a great price, and it showed up quicker than I thought it would. The item was just right. No question, I’d shop here again for sure.

"Bought 2 Funko Pops"
I got my hands on 2 Funko Pops, but one of 'em came with a pretty wrecked box. I shot them an email and they said they'd send a replacement, but I’m still waiting on it.

I was a bit wary at the start since the prices seemed too good to be true... but no need to fret, the service was top-notch, and the products were excellent, just as described! The package showed up in no time. Two items are now on display, and one is saved for Christmas. Huge thanks for the awesome service, I’ll definitely return! :0)
